By downloading, installing, or using ReApp ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

ReApp provides guided breathing exercises and Screen Time interventions designed to help you become more conscious of compulsive phone use. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

ReApp is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The breathing exercises and content in the app are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. If you have a medical condition or experience distress, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

An account lets ReApp sync and restore progress across devices. ReApp's data practices and optional wellness-analytics choice are described in the Privacy Policy. You may schedule account deletion from Account settings. You will be signed out immediately, and recoverable Supabase account data is retained for 30 days. Signing in during that window restores the account and cancels deletion. After the window, deletion is permanent. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription.

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account other than your own.

ReApp and all its content — including the name, logo, design, breathing patterns, and software — are owned by Divine Leader LLC and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Divine Leader LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time. Removing the app from a device does not delete your account or cancel an active subscription; use the in-app deletion control and Apple subscription settings for those actions.

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll update the date above and notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
