Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using ReApp ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

The Service

ReApp provides guided breathing exercises and Screen Time interventions designed to help you become more conscious of compulsive phone use. The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Not Medical Advice

ReApp is a wellness tool, not a medical device. The breathing exercises and content in the app are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or mental health condition. If you have a medical condition or experience distress, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions & Billing

  • ReApp offers a free trial and paid subscription tiers. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until canceled.
  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iOS Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store policies — we don't process refunds directly.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app; (b) use the app for any unlawful purpose; (c) interfere with or disrupt the app or its servers; or (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account other than your own.

Intellectual Property

ReApp and all its content — including the name, logo, design, breathing patterns, and software — are owned by ReApp Wellness and protected by copyright and trademark laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal use only.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReApp Wellness shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the app at any time if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it from your device and canceling any active subscription.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. We'll update the date above and notify users of material changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
